I never liked Serena in the books, but I do like Blake Lively.. so I'm hoping she'll be able to make Serena likable for me. I'm all about Blair though. Nate better be good to her.

Yeah, I never liked Serena in the books either. She was too perfect, it annoyed me. And she was handed EVERYTHING in such a unreal way. But just from watching the promos to the TV show I could tell I'd probably like TV show Serena.
Nate WAS a really big jerk in the books (and he only got worse, especially when the writer changed and had a Serena hard on and ****ed up the character's) But the TV show seems really original which makes me happy  |
