Unfortunately I think the triangle will play an important part in the show.
 But I really hope Nate and Blair's relationship will be explored and well-portrayed. I don't want him to look like he's stuck with her against his will __________________

 I really hope Nate doesn't cheat on her like crazy in the show like he did in the books.I love these two but I don't want to ship them untill I can get a better idea of them. I won't be able to like them if Nate is sleeping with every random chick like the books  Blair deserves better. |

I feel it would almost be disrespectful to women to ship these two (IF Nate is like th ebooks, which is a big if) because it's almost like saying it is ok for guys to cheat on girls and then just get forgiven.
If it was a one time slip up with Serena and he is sorry and truly loves Blair I could forgive him...but not if it's like the books. |

I totally agree with you on this. But I'm afraid the show will have Nate pining over Serena and Blair being portrayed as the bitchy, jealous girlfriend.
