and kailani has a good point. Its worse when parents dont care at all.

Parents often go over the top Its really awkward when I meet my dads friends because theyre like 'wow its so good to meet you, we've heard all about you' and I have no idea who they are but I love it because he means well.

Shes right, it sucks much much more when parents dont care at all
