Yeah, Kate and Matthew were great together. At first, I wasn't sure because there's such a big age difference between the two. When I saw the movie, I never noticed. They were perfect.

Oh, I hope you do. It's a fun board, but the threads move very fast, so it's easy to lose track of them.

I loose track of the Luke/Lorelai threads from Gilmore Girls, so easily!..lol

I loved Matt in A Time To Kill....he was so good in that one!

That was the movie that made me a fan. I'm glad Matthew was picked instead of their original choice, Woody Harrelson. No offense to Woody, but he was not Jake Brigance.

Woody has more of a hard appearance...if that makes sense....I can't see Woody showing the same compassion and heart as Matt did!

Matthew was perfect. I am glad that John Grisham put his foot down when they wanted to cast Woody.

I wonder if John really thought Woody was bad for the part or if he had personal feelings. I remember John saying that he didn't want Woody in the movie because Woody had done Natural Born Killers. A good friend of John's was killed after NBK. So, I wonder if NBK hadn't been done, would we have had ATTK with Woody? I shudder the thought, though. Matthew was perfect.

NBK was an amazing movie!

Matt is a great actor though and he's mostly done the romantic comedy thing, I'd like to see him in a more serious role you know.
