I completely agree! It's definitely frustrating. I expect witchy moves from Wilhelmina, but I saw a softer side to Alexis... like her part in "Giving up the Ghost"

Exactly!!! That what makes the whole thing just bizarre and really annoying. I loved her in that episode, and I loved that she and Daniel were getting along. I just don't get how she could switch personalities so quickly.

I loved Daniel and Alexis teaming up. I think what's going on is that Alexis is going to fill our Bradford void.

I don't want a repeat of Bradford though, I'd rather Alexis was either her own character, or a compromise between Bradford and herself. Not just a complete Bradford double. If that makes sense.

It makes sense and I agree. I like Alan Dale and everything, but Bradford was such a hard character to love. In the end, I think I did and I was sad to see him go, but I definitely don't want a repeat. I like that Alexis is a strong character, but I don't like this new direction to make her dominating to a fault.

I think I'm the same. I was not a fan of Bradford at all throughout the show, but in I See Me, I.C.U. he redeemed himself a bit, and I was sad that he'd sort of become likeable and then died. Alexis' story shouldn't unravel the same way!

I wonder if she's acting like this because of her Dad. Like she saw how successful he was, and how much he achieved from being such a strong and kind of ruthless character, so she thinks in order for her to reach the same level, she has to act the same way.

But then you'd think she'd see the faults of being that kind of person too, and that she'd be determined NOT to turn out the same way. Look at how Bradford's actions tore apart the Meade family. If anything, I'd expect her to try and avoid that, but she's just not, at all.

I think it comes down to how ambitious she is. She wants something, in this case to be successful and powerful, and she just goes for it. She has good in her (which we've seen ourselves) but she loses sight of it when she sees the opportunity to get what she wants. Her ambition is her flaw, methinks.

Ha, like Macbeth! Wow, my high school English class just came flooding back to me. Yech.

Did anyone see Rebecca in Jimmy Kimmel's revenge video "I'm ****ing Ben Affleck?" It is honestly the best thing I've ever seen. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, bear with me while I explain...

Jimmy Kimmel's girlfriend Sarah Silverman made a joke music video where she announced she had been ****ing Matt Damon (who was in the video too, and is actually friends with Jimmy) and Jimmy got his own back by making a music video about how he'd been ****ing Ben Affleck (who is one of Matt's best friends). Jimmy also managed to get a bunch of A-list celebrities to sing in the video too, and Rebecca is one of them! I thought Sarah's video was great, but Jimmy's is just golden, seriously.
