I don't think it's a spoiler since it doesn't really talk about any storylines, or anything like that. It's just about a contract.

And seriously, why should you be over with a show because of a contract like that?
Nothing points out to a direction that Lexie may even be the new part of a triangle.
They may not even go that route.
