I appreciate all characters but I prefer when they are balanced because the people aren't perfect. For example, Annoying me to see Alex always bad and Izzie always good.

Aren't you able to edit your own threads for a couple of days, so people won't ask mods to change the titles when they made a small mistake, at least i remember something like that...

We don't always see the bad sides of Alex and the good sides of Izzie IMO, and I think the finale showed that. Izzie makes mistakes, though she is loved with the fans so you don't hear any rants about that. And I think Alex has shown diversity, vulnerable, caring though straight to the point and harsh in some ways.. I think the new promo and the video by The Fray show that!

All characters aren't perfect and in the new season I hope to see an evolution of them.

I think we'll see an evolution or a change in the characters. Especially since they've all got their own issues to deal with...

I wonder what else is in store for Meredith and Derek, besides their love triangle..

I think that Addison and Finn will be out of the way eventually, and then maybe they will decide to just chill out for a bit and not rush back into a relationship. I'd actually like to see that.
