Castiel: "Our orders were not to stop the summoning of Samhain,
they were to do whatever you told us to do."

Castiel: "You misunderstand me, Dean. I'm not like you think,
I was praying that you would choose to save the town."

Castiel: "Can I tell you something, if you promise not to tell another soul?"
Dean: "Okay."
Castiel: "I'm not a...hammer, as you say. I have questions, I - I have doubts.
I don't know what is right and what is wrong anymore; whether you passed or failed here.
But, in the coming months, you will have more decisions to make.
I don't envy the weight that's on your shoulders, Dean. I truly don't."

Dean: Last time you zapped me someplace, I didn't poop for a week. We're driving.

“Personal space? We’ve talked about this.”
“Blow me, Cas.”
”Cas, get out of my ass.” / “I’ve never been in your… ” / “….”
“Not for nothing, Cas, but the last time someone looked at me like that, I got laid.”
“It’s been a long time since I’ve laughed that hard. Oh. It’s been more than a long time. Years.”
“Don’t make me lose you, too.”
“What’s the matter? You don’t think you deserve to be saved?”
“I’ll find some way to redeem myself to you. I mean it, Dean.”
“Dean and I do share a more profound bond.”
“Dean, I do everything that you ask. I always come when you call. And I am your friend, still, despite your lack of faith in me and now your threats. I just saved you yet again. Has anyone but your closest kin ever done more for you?”

I pretty much instantly fell for them. I loved their rapport and the chemistry btwn Jensen/Misha was so great that I couldn't help but fall for their friendship.

It was the same way for me. That first scene, had me hooked. You could just tell they were going to be great.
