Oh my ladies sorry to hear all your struggles makes me mine seem pointless you two are dealing with a lot .. i just need tl say you are both awesome and stay strong take esch step on day at a time :hug;

I do want to ask both of you , how do you cope with work as a whole? , i hqve a co worker with these issues although i dont really like him i do want to understand him more , he has been on the thin line of work cwuse of his attitude and his temper but i wsnt to know if its us or them would it be better for him to leave tje job and get proper help?

I'm unemployed affiliated to how my breakdown happened in January - started antidepressants beginning of February - about 4 month medical leave. So I quit my job cause it was the source

So right now been waiting 3.5 weeks to hear back about a psychiatrists referral

I think if work causing this stress then yes definitely best to leave it.

See that makes sense my co worker has stated that the job is to stressful for him and it can be but he gets more stressed when he see a few customers, but i thinm him leaving would be better for his health but he does need the money

That is the I tried back in February when my doctor first put me on antidepressants because of bankruptcy|medical bills needed to be paid but it just didn't work because of situations with supervisor that were not my fault

Still in limbo from where my monthly income is gonna come from related to rent, etc but I stand 200% my decision to quit cause will have an income even if its like $700, so Tuesday gonna run an alternate idea by my doc before accepting defeat
