Tired 3rd night in a row was up all night to sleep during the day which is a total switch. About to go off for my 4th attempt of sleep cause have been up since about 3pm yesterday

That must suck! Is it the heat mixed with insomnia? i know it sucks i suffer with insomnia too.

Anxiety I had a breakdown in January that lead to antidepressants and "medical leave" at end of February. Used the allowed 15 weeks given by the unemployment insurance of the government, so a lot of up and down with doctor where quit my job when the benefits came to an end cause too much bad where didn't want to return to work

End of May doctor referred me to a psychiatrists related to getting diagnosed etc etc been 3 weeks nothing, don't mind waiting at all. So Monday got a call from EI stating that I'm not "recovered" aka can't switch to regular benefits

Handling that well-ish but that night is when the insomnia started, so think linked

I can relate to this. I've had two breakdowns because of anxiety this year, both I had extreme panic attacks and afterwards I just disappeared. I didn't leave the house for 3 weeks and i left fan forum too. Since i tried to kill myself i have them all the time, but refuse to go on anti-depressants. I don't see it as a way forward.

I like that you get the help you need though. You're lucky to have so many options open for you.

Yea I knew something was wrong and had to figure it out still figuring it out

Might have to count myself lucky cause don't think I've experienced either anxiety or panics attacks Oh Jade associated to suicidal tendencies Never in my 30 years of life, which has been 99% bad experience, never been there associated to suicidal

Take my username into heart affiliated to not "alone" its from Wentworth's coming out speech|coming out related to mental health. Spoke of his own and younger suicidal tendencies

Wentworth's speech was amazing and so powerful. I loved it when it first came out.

I've felt suicidal almost every day since I was 16, but only attempted twice. I'm still breathing and that's what counts

Yea I was out-of-touch with him after he went on hiatus, so only found the speech when he returned for Flash otherwise been like 12+ years a devoted fan of his
