I'm limping cos my sock had a hole in it so my sneaker against my heel formed a double blister after walking around the city and then going to the Maroon 5 concert on Saturday. Stings so bad in the shower with the water!

Those are the worst, Ang. I hate with my shoes annoy me after a few hours.
But that's not as bad as whatever I did to my back and shoulders. They both are stiff and sore (which doesn't work well with the whole going to work thing). __________________

It's slowly easing out of my muscles, but it's still hard to bend at my waist. But I'm not doing too much with it anyway.

Now my muscles ache from going to a water/recreation park yesterday. Who knew testing rides could be so strenuous?

would love a massage! We've been ill here too. Its sucks cause one gets ill we all seem to.

It's not worse, it's just sort of back to where it was before. The massage was a bit too much and I failed to stretch properly after it. But I'll make it work.

Ah stretching, something I didn't do yesterday when I participated in an 'Amazing Race' running around the city following clues and doing tasks. The lower half of my body is paying for it today.

We went to my Dads for the weekend which was nice, kids barely slept though, were on a bit of a sugar high the whole time so i'm a bit tired now __________________
