This was such a good episode, I think it would have served better as the mid season finale.

I really love Ruby so I think she definitely adds to the episodes. We got a lot of info in this episode too. There is a new Demon who wants Sam dead and is rising to power. Ruby used to be human, sold her soul, went to hell and turned into a demon? But somehow she still remembers what happened to her and remembers being human? So strange. But she was badass this episode and helped save the boys.

Sucks that there is no saving Dean according to her but there HAS to be a way out of it! HAS TO BE!

Lots of interesting reveals here! I got a little vibe of like anti-Charmed lol, with those women who were using dark magic for personal gain. It was nice to see Sam and Dean were able to save the guy from being killed after eating those maggots in his sandwich. Ew that was gross!

Oof when Dean started coughing up blood I was terrified! I knew one of the women had to be a demon like Sam did. So glad Ruby saved Dean, or Sam wouldn't have stopped it in time. I felt bad for Elizabeth, she was the only one to realise what they were doing was wrong. I like how she tried to stop the demon witch from killing Ruby.

I like that we've finally got to learn more about Ruby and who she is/was. So it turns out that all demons were actually human once and that those humans sold their souls and went to hell? Very interesting. And it's not enough Dean is dying but that he will be going to hell as well and will become like them? What will Sam say when he finds out about that? A shame Ruby doesn't think theres anyway to save Dean from pit. I like how she actually wants to help Dean prepare Sam to be ready for battling the war without Dean. At first I wasn't sure if Ruby could be trusted, but she actually seems quite genuine here. And the fact that she can remember what it was like to be human is also interesting, given how long ago it was since she was one.
