The alarm clocks are definitely different, and if it was just a prop error they could have changed the format in post production to add the extra 0 in.

Maybe next season we'll see either Booth or Brennan's bedrooms in that exact set-up giving us another clue that that part wasn't AU, I'm sure we'd go crazy if we saw that bedroom in one of their homes!
