Imagine seeing Jackson suddenly being able to shoot laser beams out of his eyes, like Cyclops.
 I like that part, too. I also like the poster they had with Jackson's hand gripping Lisa's wrist. Me neither. I probably wouldn't give her another try if all of her books are written that way. __________________

Wow, I just watched the trailer and it really is misleading in the beginning!
It totally looks like some quirky romantic comedy or something, and his eye turning red is just bizarre!__________________

They were totally going for the literal meaning of red eye.
At least, it probably got people's attention and got people interested in seeing the movie.  I like the poster showing Jackson gripping Lisa's wrist, too, Belle -- it looked very intense without showing too much at all.  __________________

Yeah I agree - it was very threatening looking
I also saw a trailer (albeit not a very good one) for a Red Eye sequel in which Jack and Lisa are romantically involved The trailer didn't have any story about how they got involved or anything - it was just pictures - but I'd definitely be alright with seeing them together in that capacity  __________________

I've seen that trailer, Gabriela. I actually know (on an online basis not real life basis) the person who made the trailer and the Jackson/Lisa manipulations. She's very talented with the manipulations -- and people actually think they're real sometimes!
