^ I think so too. They really did get each other from the moment they met. I think TPTB did a great job showing Shawn and Maya building a bond and becoming so important to each other.

It did, & also that she was always up for an adventure with him. She knew that things with him were going to be fun

^ Yes! I think Maya knew that Shawn was a very loveable, fun person, and that he wouldn't ask her to tag along on his experiences/adventures if he didn't know that she would enjoy them.
