^ I love that thought so much! I totally agree. They really were two peas in a pod. They clicked from the moment they met in Girl Meets Home for the Holidays, and as time went on, it became obvious that their connection was going to be unbreakable. There was no doubt in my mind that they were always going to be in each other's lives. It was so sweet that TPTB took the time to confirm that fact again and again.

^ I think so too. Shawn and Maya are the first duo that pops into my head when I think about how you don’t have to be blood to be family. I felt that vibe in every one of their moments together.

Yeah, that was the first time they acknowledged their bond at loud, which I think was scary for them, but also showed Maya that she could be a bit more secure as Shawn was going to out there for her

^ I agree. Maya didn't want a big gesture or declaration from Shawn. All she wanted was to know that he was out there. I love that he felt that he could give her that. That seemed to comfort both of them.
