^ Exactly. TPTB did such a great job of laying the foundation for Lucas and Maya in a romantic relationship. There was no way that they weren't going to follow through on that.


Right? There is no doubt in my mind that it was going to happen. It's sad that we'll never really know what TPTB had in store for Lucas and Maya after season three.

I love that song. I guess it's been a while since I've heard it, so I didn't recognize the song.

That's how I imagine it too. The last gif is what really gets me. "You're gonna be swept off your feet" plus the almost kiss/the way he's looking at her -- oh my feels! I can totally see Lucas sweeping Maya off her feet.
