^ That's so true! When I see photos like that photo, I have to remind myself that he joined the cast in season two. He always looked so comfortable and at ease when he did scenes with the other cast members. He seemed to click with everyone from his first moment on the show.

^ He was. He was a breath of fresh air, and I really loved that he had his own way of teaching.
Aw, I love his introduction! __________________

^ I think so too. Mr. Turner definitely did not look like a typical teacher (i.e. Mr. Feeny), so I imagine the characters (and a lot of viewers) were intrigued by him.

^ I think so too. I imagine there were plenty of people who wondered why, of all of the career paths Mr. Turner could have chosen, he chose to be a teacher.

^ I don't remember either. I wonder how Mr. Turner's parents felt about his career path, since they probably had very specific ideas about some of his potential career paths, and I'm guessing being a teacher was probably not one of them.

^ That's how I remember it. Hopefully Mr. Turner's parents realized that being a teacher made him happy and that that's all they wanted for him.

^ Ooh, that's a good point! Even if they hadn't spoken to him since he decided to be a teacher, his accident would have made them realize how close they came to losing him.
