Me too, especially as they had all been through a lot & tried to keep their expectations low, so hope being a theme in their dynamic is really special

^ That's true. Life hadn't treated any of them kindly, but they still held onto the smallest sliver of hope that things would turn around for them. It was great to see them finding one another and taking that leap together.

Yeah, there's a lot more they could have gotten into. I really wanted to see Maya connect with her half siblings & how they would have effected Katy & Shawn too

It would have been interesting to find out how a baby would have affected the three characters individually and how he or she would have changed their group/family dynamic.

Yeah, I think if Maya ever got close to her half siblings, it would also be a bit awkward for her & she'd want them to get to know Shawn & Katy too

^ I can see that happening. TPTB could have played around with so many storylines with the Hunter-Harts. I think the introduction of Maya's half-siblings would have been a great way of exploring the different dynamics within the new family.

Definitely, & lots of kids are parts of all different kinds of families these days, so I think it would be good for them to see something like that on screen
