Yay for not being crazy.

However, I do think the cameras mean something. You know? They have to stand for something...

When she was 17 & pregnant -

When she had her baby -

Where she had friendships especially w/ Forney -

Where she begins to realize her feelings for Forney -

Then, she went back to this type of camera when she was thinking of leaving Forney -

Ok. I am crazy.

And the pictures are in order from what happened in the movie. Isn't it weird?

And I think you might be right. I don't quite believe in coincidences when it comes to this movie.

It would make sense if the cameras were a sort of metaphor of her maturing throughout the years...

She's adorable.

And yay for you for agreeing w/ me.

The cameras have an aging to them, too. When she was younger, you notice that she was using a poloarized camera (which were popular around when the movie was made) and then at the ending, she was using a more sophicated and an older one.

- Tina - : I agree when you say that Novalee puts others before herself. The one big example I can recall is when she told Forney she didn't love him because she thought he deserved someone better than her... and God knows how hard it is to do that to someone that, deep down, you love with all your might! So I think she was really brave for that.

I really doubt I would be able to do that.

Yes. One I recall, as well. Another would have to be, during the tornado. She was trying so hard to find Sister... that she almost got killed. She is just a wonderful person.

Anji - It is really a sweet film. One of those type of films that teach something about yourself.
