MerDer is probably the worst ship name, though. Every time I google them it comes up with "Murder."
 The only problem with Amen is it's such a common word that it'll be hard to hashtag them. |

I'm not a fan of combining first and last names.
I know it's not very popular among fandoms. Hunteress sounds princess-y and magical.  Noooo Shunt. I can see where that would go (though it's not worse than MerDer, tbh). |

Amelia said she wants a family (but obviously she's scared), and we know Owen wants a family. Amelia will be spending lots of time with her niece and nephew from the sounds of it, though, so I could see her getting baby fever again. She goes on and off. In S6 of PP she went back and forth. Of course she and Owen haven't even had a scene together yet! If "sparks will fly" and they'll not get along at first, obviously there's growth to happen. Hopefully we'll get to see this in S11 and 12 (assuming there's a 12).
Owen has to grieve Cristina, though, and I can see him taking it out on everyone around him. He and Mer sorta were forming a friendship toward the end there, though, so maybe he'll get close to her and her kids and that'll open the doors for him to get closer to Amelia. By the way, I had a dream not too long ago that Owen and Amelia built their dream house where Derek's trailer is (since Owen now lives in Derek's trailer). |
