Yes, I thought that, too.
I don't think it's the same day because when Meredith pulled the plug on Derek it was night and I think she comes to the hospital the next morning.

I think if she feel shocked like April felt when she saw her friend dead maybe Amelia will do the surgery and when she finishes she will break like for example destroying the room.

I know that, I just said that Amelia could be in shocked like April. And her reaction could possible be doing the surgery and after that she breaks.

I don't see it either. Remember this is the same Owen who made others hide the fact that Cristina was operating on Henry, her mentors husband who later died on her table. He protects the ones he cares about, it's part of his character and who he is.

I was sure I read that too Michele, but the promo pics for the episode show a much older Bailey than 6-7 months would make him be. Same with Zola. Guess we will soon find out!
