I don't think she will run from Seattle. Despite what happens between Amelia and Meredith, she would never leave her nephew and niece who now are left without a father, she knows what it is like to lose her father. She will push Owen away initially, but she will need a shoulder to cry on and I do think it will be Owen.

OMG - now I want to see the episode so badly... I also think that she will run away after this but I hope Owen finds her and in the end she will have someone who is there for her...
In the promo pictures there are photos that show her with Stephanie. Do you all think this is before or after she knows about Derek's death? I think she looks sad and Stephanie looks uncomfortable. I think she knows then. This will be a very intese episode... I will probably feel more than in the episode Derek died. Can't wait till Thursday!

It's before, Callie, Amelia and Stephanie are all in one room. Owen comes in and Callie tells Owen without saying it that Amelia doesn't know yet and gives Stephanie a nod to tell her lets go.
