She feels like that in episode 16, though, and there are still 8 episodes until the finale. I honestly don't expect a big reunion/a-hah moment that makes them realize they need each other until the finale.

Yeah, sadly their SL as a couple feel stuck and Meredith's career SL hadnt really being focused or moved that much forward either....

or maybe that's the point...Maybe that's how the "be extraordinary together rather than ordinary apart" will come? Wishful thinking I know....

Shonda made it sound like Meredith was still going to struggle career-wise.

I don't think it's realistic that Meredith would want to raise her kids without Derek, but when we barely see them, that's not addressed. We haven't seen how they're being affected with their father on the other end of the country.

Bummer. Not even a mention from Meredith of Zola asking where Derek is or anything... that's so unrealistic, IMO. Even Callie mentioned that Sofia had been acting out in episode 7 with Arizona gone.

The writing sucked in 11B, it's such a shame when it started so good.. but I guess they were more interested to focus on new characters and plots than to care about this.

Yeah, the ideal situation is to move the research whatever to Seattle... they can never be a normal family if they continue to live like this.. on 2 different coasts.. they need to do something.

In part I feel cheated.

I'm glad Ellen is show of Ellen DeGeneres yesterday, but it bothers me that the occupying Ellen only for promote Grey's Anatomy and not given the prominence it deserves.

It also bothers me that check out a sneak peek of Amelia mentioning to Derek, so people think we will see in this chapter to Derek and not

I hope that at least as you say Meredith help Amelia in the operation and Meredith showing how good she is in neuro.

It was kinda weird for Ellen to go before an episode that it's someone else's centric, but she mostly talked about her life, with a little mention of Grey's [she can't talk about MerDer either]

I don't think Derek will show up, but I saw some people on facebook that think he will.

Since I miss Meredith in Neuro, I am glad she's on the surgery, wish it will go somewhere but I doubt it.

I'm surprised Caterina didn't do any promotions since it's her centric episode.

It does seem like there will be a fair amount of Mer in tonight's episode, since she's in the gallery. We've already seen more of her in sneak peeks than we did in all of last week's episode. Hopefully they haven't released all her scenes.

Though they literally released her only scene last week as a sneak peek.
