So have you guys been doing what you can regarding the FCC vote today on ending Net Neutrality? If you haven't, it's such an important issue that you really should be calling your Congressman to ask them to stop the vote, etc.

I live in a deep blue county of a blue state, but I've still called just to add to the protests. Van Hollen (one of my Senators) often mentions how many calls he gets against certain things on Congress floor.

Hopefully, enough of those on the blue side of things will realize that such a move will hit their own supporters just as hard as those on the other side, and step in to put the brakes on the plans. If they don't, there's quite a few folks here in the UK predicting that it could well bite them in the ass when it comes to the next set of elections. As we know from the past 24 hours, things can and do change significantly when you have an issue that motivates people against a certain candidate - and folks aren't going to like being make to pay through the nose to get a poorer service than the one they're getting now for a lot less.
