Like I said in the news thread, the performance was solid and good though she seemed to hit a lower key/range in this performance. Perhaps it's fatigue? I wish she had 'rocked' it just a little bit more! Though I really enjoyed it

With the season officially over it only means that Kelly's season is getting closer and closer

She definitely lowered the key, but vocally she was perfect! Maybe she lowered it because she's trying to take of her voice?

yeah she's done a lot of performances plus a lot of travelling.. she just returned from Germany.. Maybe she did it on purpose so she could rest her voice properly..

She still sounded lovely though! Don't get me wrong

If it was the finale I wouldn't think it was prerecorded as that should be live

It was a live show yes.. the results show because the winner was announced that evening.
I don't think The Voice does a lot of pretaping once they hit the live shows.

The reason I said that was that someone said something about it on KCE, but when I went to look for it now to post it here. I read it differently. First it sounded like she/he was on the taping when Kelly performed the song, but now I read it like that when she/he was there they just mentioned during the show that Kelly would sing "Medicine" in the finale. So now I don't know what she/he meant.

Who really knows with the US what they do

it could've been prerecorded. I know here it isn't, its all live, but that means nothing

. But if they do it like its done here, its just the first few rounds which are prerecorded, then they reach live shows where it should all be airing live (with some prerecorded bits added in, showing the contestants working with their coaches)

The finale show from The Voice of Germany was on December 17. A girl won and I like her voice. It was live.

I was just talking about the performance by Kelly, not the whole show.

Because I know that the finale itself is live.

But as I have been looking around, it seems like she also were there live. So I just read the post wrong on the other board the first time.
