The one on her neck means "Blessed". She got it after her apartment in LA burned down. I think that was her first tattoo.
The puzzle one is something about taking a piece away and looking inside her. She has said she'll probably never share more than that about it because it's pretty personal. __________________

Sorry for the double post, but in this (older) interview, she talks about tattoos quite a bit. This is before she decided to put the morse code tattoo on her ribs instead of her neck.

I'm afraid to get any tattoos.
When did she get that Chinese character tattoo on the back of her neck? From this view it looks like a character that means "afraid" or "timid". __________________

Looking at the posts in this thread I think it means "Blessed". There's a better shot of it on the previous page. I'm not sure when she got it, but if you look on the first post of this page Miranda (MirageDurb) says it could have been the first one she got & it was after her apartment burned down __________________

O...M...G...l LOVE that pic of Kells. l think l am about to faint. Her hair is beyond amazing, her ear rings are perfect, her top is great and she's showing all her hot tatts. One of her best pics ever!!!!
