Chris, I planted flower bulbs in October. I planted broad beans in November. I have just planted tomato and bell pepper seeds indoors to start them off I will be planting chilli seeds indoors in February.

Chris, I hope your clearing out goes well. I should do some tidying up around the house.

Mel - yes, I made good progress. Gave my shredder a good workout. In Canada you're supposed to keep income tax receipts for 7 years, so stuff accumulates. Hopefully your work day today isn't too bad.

Julie - I love spring flowers. I think crocus are my favourites because they're one of the first and they're so cheery and colourful. What about you?

Mel - you haven't finished the book because you're not enjoying it or just haven't had time?

Discovered the grocery store is "reorganizing to serve me better" ... Nope, not serving me better when I couldn't find two items I specifically went into that store for. Not sure how it makes sense to move the coffee and cereal from the 2nd aisle across the store. I'd love to know who decided personal care items and pet food should be the first two aisles instead of the last two aisles. That makes no sense to me. It was a very frustrating experience.

Chris - A bit of both. I mean I read a lot this month but I seem to be dragging with this one. Definitely won’t be a favorite. I’ll still finish it. Most people in the book club seemed to like it.
