Yes, unfortunately several of the men had issues in the short programme, but most were able to have a better performance for their long programme.
Did you watch the ice dance last night? Our hometown heroes are in first!  Poor Gabriella Papadakis. Thank goodness she had shoulder straps but it must have been very distracting for her knowing her dress was undone. fortunately it didn't effect her performance too much.__________________

Lindsay that is so cool that your entire country observes holidays from other cultures. We don't have any holidays that like here. It would be nice if we could do the same thing here.

Goodness! Tessa & Scott were sooooooo good. Aaaaaahhhhh. I get chills everytime they're on ice.
 And that's my Olympics watch this week because this event airs at working hours here.  Amy, it's really nice that we observe it even though we're not Chinese or Muslims. Mostly we benefit from it because that's a day off work. __________________

I feel safer watching ice skating stuff after I know it went ok. Now I'm curious cause a co-worker said how perfect they were that she cried and now you guys are mentioning it!I had to get a new car battery, just in time for the below freezing weather we are getting this week! Last two nights I've woken up at 4:30 and now 3:30 am and that was it for me.  __________________

The first week of February was getting warmer, and then it got colder. It feels like spring isn't coming until April. The other night it was blowing dirty rain.
