Aww, hope you're having a good day anyway, Chris! I suppose it's better to be productive than being bored

I have the start of the flu at the moment. Not good Especially not at this time. Oh well. Gotta carry on.
Longest road trip? That's hard. We've driven to Florida a few times, once to Key West 2700 km - worth it to see once, but I can't see doing it again. Generally just mid-state (2100 km)

Take it easy! Get some extra rest and drink plenty of fluids.

Lindsay - that tour does sound interesting, Transferring within your country or moving elsehere?

Hubby offered to take me out for breakfast this morning.

Regarding the tour, yes there are tons of posters who have been there and they said that it was worth it especially if you're a HP fan. The butterbeer was delicious and (of course) it doesn't taste anything like butter or beer. Oh no, take care of yourself and drink lots of water and rest. There seems to be a flu going around right now. I got sick last week (cough/colds) but only took 3 days.
I'm sorry you have had to deal with that. Hope the transfer goes well for you.
Yeah, the buildings alone of where they filmed the scenes are amazing. I saw a lot of Chinese people taking the tour last time that I was there. Ah the beer served in Tankards?

Thank you, Lindsay. I'm trying to get myself better.

Wow driving from Ontario to Florida... Crazy stuff
It reminds me that road trip they took in Dumb and Dumber, has anyone watched that? Thank you for the advice.
Then he is a good hubby, Chris. They also know to not get on the wrong side of us lol

Ugggh, I wish could get better. I keep on sleeping, going on , drinking, sleeping,

No, haven't been on the actual tour, I should be so lucky! I just saw a incredibly long queue full of Asian people, looking incredibly excited and then this team leader lookalike was starting the HP tour.
It's so expensive there though. Worth it for the quality.

It's Friday, that nice Friday feeling!
What are your plans for the weekend?

I need to get back to working in my office and at night. That is my weekend in a nutshell!

Hope you are all well

Awww, always good to have a relaxing day after work this weekend, Vicki.

No plans this weekend sadly. Plus I have a migraine which is making it difficult to do anything for me today.

My philosophy is that vacations are for splurging. I'm pretty frugal normally, but when I'm away, I can justify treating myself. No sense coming home with regrets.

I usually sleep it off. I can't take pain killers since I'm allergic to most of them. I had to take a pain killer before for a tooth ache but ended up having to drink medicine for allergy because my face swelled up.

Yikes Lindsay! I hope that you're normally a healthy person if you can't take most pain killers.

How are you today Vicki?

:sniff: I feel like I might be getting a cold.

How is everyone? I've had a good October, other than that one awful day, and beginning of November so far. I'm looking forward to Friday, I'm going to England!

How is everyone's autumn (northern) / spring (southern) going?

England, wow! so cool... I went there like 3 years ago and I loved it. I really want to go there again... I only could visit London and Oxford that time.

Especially I would like to go now... because I'm studying for an exam... my dreams of travelling around the world increase every time that I'm studying :p

Well, I'm really only going to London. I hope you get to go again!

I'd love to travel the world... at least Europe and the Pacific Isles, like Australia, New Zealand, and the thousands of little islands in the Pacific Ocean.

Oh, yeh, me too! I really want to go to Australia... and go to Europe again, to see what I couldn't see last time... and probably to see what I saw again, haha. I also would like to visit Japan!

Actually, I would be happy visiting any place, haha. I love travelling!

If you have questions about London maybe I can help you... specially if you want to visit art museums.

Where in Europe did you go, besides England? I've been to Italy and just the airport in London, both in May of 2007.

Yeah, thanks! I am actually writing out the intenary* now, I have to have it planned out.

* I know it's spelt wrong, but none of the suggestions are even right.
