Chris, yeah all calls on that phone are company paid. So it's like I'm on call all the time even when I'm on vacation. I can choose not to answer it because I'm on vacation and I've tried that but when a boss ends up calling, I have no other choice but to answer.

Leanne, personally I'm at my best when I work alone. At least when I eff up, I only have myself to blame. I get stressed when it's a group effort but when you're management, that's always the case because I need my team to work with me which means we all eff up together. Which also means I'd have to deal with more stressed out people when that happens.

I also prefer being responsible for my own work. With group projects, I end up doing everything.

Yeah, I miss the old days sometimes when I worked alone, made all the decisions and even had times when I has the place empty to myself which was quiet while I worked. Now there is usually a co-worker in thenroom, teaching classes full of kids at all times I’m working there too.

Well, my day was totally non productive, but since Thursday was stressful, I need a brain break.

It's all good, Leanne. Sometimes weekend days where you aren't productive are needed.

AO is usually Nole's turf, Rafa RG and Roger at Wimbledon. USO is just the one where it's always a mixed bag for the men which is good but that tournament is more Serena's turf. So happy for Naomi's win too.

Agree about group projects. One person often winds up with the brunt of the work to get it done while others are happy to stand back and watch them do it.

Well, here we are another beginning of a work week!

There was a beautiful sunrise behind me as I was driving! That was a good start!!

I never liked group projects cause I know I would do a good job by myself without others bringing me possibly down!!

I've never loved a weather here until today. I'm already crying in the corner because summer here starts in March and it will be hell here again.

So far month end is fine. Less stressful than usual which is good. Have a great week ahead everyone!

I'm excited that the weather is getting warmer again here. It makes wearing dresses enjoyable again.

the thought of warmer weather coming eventually keeps me going. Far too cold to even think about wearing a dress. My neice just got back from a Disney cruise, and it makes me think that I should look for some last minute deals.

If I could send some snow, I'd certainly do so. The highways here have been closed several times this week due to blowing snow causing zero visibility. I'm happy to be warm and safe at home
