I've never noticed/read that email she sent him, very sweet! I too love the nick "shoegal." I've even used it several times in other places on the net.

I just saw that episode on TV this week and I just loved it. Carrie brings up such a valid point about single women never being recognized for anything, but their birthdays. I don't blame her for marrying herself. I'm sure she would be much happier with herself than most guys in this world.
