  I'd have to rewatch some season 5 episodes but it seems like Spinner may have not been into friendship club for the religion. He wasn't totally horny and just there for Darcy. I think it was for the community. I think he had his moments in I Against I of trying to mimic what they were doing. It never seemed genuine. Still I'm glad it gave him some comfort and peace. His happiness with Darcy was real though. He really cared for her. __________________

Did they try to make the Friendship Club a good thing? It seemed like everyoned outside of Spin and Darcy was an ass, especially that dope who got punched by Marco. And yeah, no matter what we go with that group you could couild definitely see the depth of affection and feelings that Spin and Darcy had for one another.

 Yeah, they were a bunch of bad bananas. They made Spin's homophobia flare up. The attitude everyone gave them was hilarious.  I randomly caught a scene of Peter and Darcy working the soup kitchen on Thanksgiving and it was the friendship club hosting. So they were still around. __________________

Has there been anything close to a positive portrayal of religion on this show? I'm having trouble thinking of one (certainly the Bakers weren't).

I think season 5 Spin/Darcy might work better for me than 6. They got back together too quick and broke up a few episodes later with Eyes Without a Face. Spin cant seem to deal when Darcy goes wild or angsty.

I think even though they got back together in Season 6, you could tell that it was probably never going to work for them after their break-up in the Season 5 finale.
