I don't ship any real life couples except Aubrey and Melissa because when I met them I have proof that I would think they had chemistry. I'm afraid of Cake. LOL. They would be hot together but it's just a scary thought. I know Melissa and Jake are friends are they are professionals.

Thankees. I also think it'd be cool to add Cranny Myths and such. I'll start.

Myth 1:
She showed him unconditonal love: Not true at all. In fact the only reason she got back together again was because she was preganant with his baby. And when she had an abortion they were over. Where is the love here? They only talked twice after that.

Actually your reasoning is a little flawed. Manny and Craig got back together because he asked her to after she got pregnant. She did not choose to break up with him, he couldn't deal with her having the abortion. So in actuality, she has always shown him love and wanted to be with him. It's Craig whose been indecisive and vacillated on that subject. She's never been doubtful about loving him or wanting to be with him it's just that they had very different opinions on the abortion but even then she didn't walk away from him, he walked away from her.

btw - you can't necessarily take Craig's indecisiveness to mean that him and Manny weren't meant to be because the same argument could be made from his relationship with Ashley.

well then i'm eally unsure about your reasoning then. Manny's love for Craig was never based on any condition. Yeah she wanted him to break up with Ashley but anyone who's dating someone for a while would ask for the relationship to go public at some point and she never told him you have to accept the abortion or i won't love you so i don't understand how her love for him was based on "conditions"

Myths:

Because he has a special smile only for her: Not really true. Rewatching the episodes it can be seen he uses the smile with Ashley too.

Because even though Ashely might love him, it's not as much as Manny does: Nope. Yes Manny does love him, but who is she to say she loves him more? Can she read Ash's mind? I think not.

Because she takes care of his cuts and scrapes: When have we ever seen her take care of him? She wasn't there when his dad died, she wasn't there when he found out he was bi-polar, she wasn't ever there for him.

Because Emma knew it was supposed to be Craig and Manny: Recalling correctly Emma never said they were good together. Rememeber season 3? How she jumped down Manny's throat for it.

Because he got jealous when he saw her with Spinner: While that can be said, it is also known that it wasn't jealousy. But maybe a way to catch Spinner in the act of what he was doint to Paige.

Also...

Reasons why Craig and Ashley are better for eachother

1. Because they had a relationship more then sex.

I just think it's a good idea. Sheesh. I don't get it, people yell at us for getting upset over the Anti-Crash thread, yet they come and poke their noses in our thread. Maybe we should just get rid of all the Anti-Threads. .

I'm sorry. It just seems weird that you would take an idea from an Anti-Crash thread and make it Anti-Cranny.

I came up with Myths after having a debate at another message board. It was a Crash debate. The idea came from Crash. That's why I thought it would be a good idea for the Anti-Crash thread. We have discussions and we come up with ideas. I think that's what you guys should do. As you're posting, if you ever post something really interesting, add it to the opening post and see what happens from there. That's where ideas should come from.

Besides, we're not bitching about you hating Cranny, so this isn't the same deal.

Well, I think we should be able to challenge certain myths regardless. And I don't feel it's copying because some of the couple threads do borrow from one another ( things that remind you of the couple list, the 10 thread banners). As long as Callie credits an idea, I don't see the problem.
