Thanks, Claire if you can believe it, I got overloaded with more news that could change my quality of living which I described in the anxiety thread. This weekend, just shoot me.

I've taken a melatonin and waiting for it to hopefully work on me.

I can't think of a food I have a bad association from childhood for. I usually wasn't forced to eat food I didn't like cause I had a tendency to gag and throw up if I didn't agree to certain things so that trait worked on my behalf

I never went into the actual baths in Bath and don't plan to my second round but even tho I wish I could buy some water, I don't think they would allow me to carry those liquids back on a flight either!

I am still having more pain than I should. The surgical site is fine...discomfort, stiffness to be expected when I first get up to use the "Powder Room"AKA Toilet Room"

added at 5AM: I have been taking an antibiotic to prevent infection. No signs of infection in my foot or leg....my sinuses however are clearing up and enough gross stuff came out to keep migraines at bay for a while....at least the sinus pressure kind!!!

Claire the only other thing I remember hating, and being forced to eat, is butter pecan ice cream.

We weren't allowed any snacks, or food, unless my step father wanted them.

Taking today completely easy. Have a lot to get done-Mom's just going to have to understand things will be done on my time schedule, not hers.
