my therapist thinks I need to tell my mom I have an eating disorder so that I can get a nutritionist... but it's not like my mom would care anyway.

My grandma died a couple of weeks ago and at first I was dealing quite well, but the more time passes the worse I feel.

I'm not physically attracted to my girlfriend and my feelings for her are going but I'm scared of breaking up with her as I know how much it will hurt her. I can't continue being in a relationship with her as I see no future, it's really hard to start the conversation to leave her.
I'm also falling for one of her friends, she's my currently girlfriend's mum's best friend's daughter. Last Friday I met up with her and one of her friends with one of my friends after the rest of them had gone home. We ended up staying out in town for the night then the 4 of us got a taxi back to my house. When we all went upstairs to bed she ended up getting borrowing one of my t-shirts to wear and getting into my bed. Now we didn't have sex or do anything sexual just cuddled up in bed and went to sleep, I felt really really bad the net day. I don't have a clue what to do :\ __________________
