Maybe a tad overstated but, i appreciate the sentiment; at the moment, however, we are well populated it seems - nice to see there are EV fans who still care about the group while awaiting more music.

Not overstated at all - in fact I'm sure its true

I'm also pleased they're are some new members - it shows that, despite long breaks, interest in Ev remains high. There aren't many bands that could retain so much interest without releasing new music for ages !

Thanks Sheida but it was just the simple, suggestion that those of us who remained, which were only four of us at the time, just keep posting every day.

Just let me clarify my position here! First, I ain't goin' nowhere! I love this board, and all of you guys(although i wish ALL of you would be as "brave" as John and Janie and put a picture in "Fan Pic: Our Beautiful Selves" - You all know what I look like by now but, no pressure)and love the give and take and the art and stuff. Second, all I am doing is cutting out the "game playing" posts which, for now, I have grown weary of as, I believe, Jack has also since he hasn't added to these in months. Not a criticism my friend Jack, just an observation! The only thing is, now, with all of the new members here i can concentrate on those threads and posts I really want to just realize that if all the newbies disappeared tomorrow i would be back here posting feverishly to stem the tide...this board is worth preserving to me as my love for Ev and all of you , with it's obvious limitations, is as strong as ever! Every time I go back and listen to an Ev song that i have forgotten I am renewed musically and, in some cases emotionally and spiritually to an extent.

So there is my soul bared and road killed, as it relates to this board...I throw myself to the mercy of the court!!

All I wanted to make sure was that, if you ever saw the board was struggling, to go back to posting like you did before.

I know we all think we're doing great at the moment (and we are ), but it only takes one poor month and the board will be in trouble.

Also, you've been our news guru for the past 10 months or so and with you being a regular on Evthreads we need you to update us all on the latest !

So as long as your still around thats great
