Ok forgive me for asking this, but if we decide on which episode to create a banner or icon from, then post what we're going to do here doesn't that kind of get rid of the whole anonymous angle of the voting thing?

I think they've got some kind of chosing-system... i don't think that everyone make a banner or icon to the episode he or she named... i think it will be a little bit... switched. i could be wrong...

Okay, but for the next one, the 5th challenge we need some preparation. So could you please name one epsiode for which you would like to have icons and which hasn't been named by the others above.
