Ok, I was watching Disney's "The Little Mermaid" the other day (because I was very bored and it was on TV ), and when the song "Kiss the Girl" played, I immediately thought of Mulder and Scully. Just because, so many times, they have been in the exact right position to jump on each other so many times, but they didn't. Oblivious bastards! Just...kidding...heh...

But yeah. That song just reminded me of them because it talks about having the "mood" prepared and, you know, kissing the girl. Lol.

Anyway, just a random thought to bring this thread up to the top of the page for a while

that's so true, apryl. it was frustrating that there were a lot of instances that they could've but CC had to tease us a couple of times before it happened. i could've strangled him for that.

I can think of two SPECIFIC times when I felt cheated and wanted to CC

1) The movie. Waited and waited and waited and well waited. I mean seriously didn't get it, I thought after the bee interrupted there will be another scene where they will kiss because we were promised one so I waited. It didn't happen I was WTH?? but there was supposed to be a kiss. Where did it go??

2) Triangle : I know we got the kiss but had to keep your face inches from the television to see it. Hello Lights people. It was so dark.

neel, those are the exact 2 instances i wanted to CC too. the movie not kiss was such a huge letdown. i think i even screamed my frustration out loud and my sister wanted to cover my mouth.

in triangle, i don't get why that scene had to be done in the dark. hello? ships have lights outside to guide passengers. i also had to shove my face right in fron of the tv monitor to see that

Mulder/Scully were my first ship ever. I remember I saw the movie in the theater and it was a sneak preview showing a couple of days early. When the crowd thought they were going to kiss, the crowd was cheering and then THE BEE happened.
