Okay, so I'm revising my statement. Would it be too easy for TPTB to kill Jin? Maybe he really is still alive somewhere? There are so many possibilities it makes my head hurt.

Alright so I'm a lurker (or was) .. nice to meet y'all

Tonight's episode was pretty good. I was confused as heck for the most part of it but by the end it finally dawned on me that it was a flashback/flashforward combo. I was all "OHHHH I GET IT" and my mom the poor thing was all "Wait, what huh?" lol. English isn't her first language so she was confused to begin with.. and when I tried explaining (my sentences are like mixture of bangla and english sometimes with a pinch of hindi lol) it really didn't help. At a point I actually thought that Jin was faking his death or something and I even got a little mad at him for missing the birth of his baby.. but yeah it all came together.

As for the revelation of Michael.. I really need to stop spoiling myself. I like Harold Perrineau (sp?) .. not such a big fan of Michael though but I'm still glad he's back. I'm just curious to know what kinds of strings Ben pulled to make Michael his spy.. oh couldn't have something to do with Walt could it? Lol.. I'm sure there's more to it.

How cute is Faraday? I need to join his thread. His interaction with Sun was nice. I loved the awkward silent stare btwn them haha..*stare and smile* "can I help you with something?". One thing though, that I really didn't understand was Sun's decision to go to Locke's camp. Okay so you don't trust the people from the freighter but that doesn't mean you have to live with Locke. Especially considering that both doctors are on the beach as well as Kate, whom I thought Sun was pretty close to. Hmm maybe she missed Hurley, who I'm sure others will agree, was awesome in his clutzy way. Don't worry Hurley I have two left hands as well.

Both Daniel and Yunjin were awesome. I like Jin but I'm not as devoted to him as some of the other characters. What he did today though and how he handled Juliet's news was so mature and kind. His little speech to Sun about the man he used to be.. it was so true and he has indeed come so far.

Now in regards to Juliet spilling the beans.. yes, that was pretty out of line (this is coming from a fan). I was kind of disappointed at first but I think it was necessary. It maybe wasn't the best way but it actually had a pretty good outcome. Sun's now liberated of that guilt (isn't it convenient just as Jin's about to die?), she's staying on the beach, and I think the revelation also strengthened their relationship. I'm sure there'll be a lot of complaints about Juliet but the news had to come out somehow.. and if the writers chose Juliet to be the deliverer, so be it.

Someone also mentioned, I don't know if it was here or another thread, Hurley's "Is anyone else here?.. -Good" comment. I wonder what that's about.

I thought this episode would be alot more cut and dried but everyone is bringing up so many different possibilities for the episode.

Maybe Jin makes a deal to ensure Sun gets off the island and he fakes his death in the process.

I'm having an Alias flashback. But yeah, that's possible but would Sun leave the island without Jin? And would she be content with staying put and not get back to him? So many questions.

I think it's the time change!! remember how Daniel said that the perception of time was different? Maybe it's some kind of result of that! Like she's way ahead of him or something.... AHHH i dunno! That's what i think .. either that or he's back in the past. He said he wasn't the same person, and i bet he would've paid LOADS of money to please someone who was powerful. so maybe... ahh!!! I dunno....

i still don't think he's dead. this is lost... anything is possible.

True. Then I think how everything is opposite in the future. She was upset she thought she'd lost him on the island, so now she's not?

The thing that throws me off is that tombstone. Why would it say he died September 22, 2004? Just to hide the fact that other survivors were on the island? I don't know. So confused.

Btw, how random was that whole Bernard scene? It's so wrong that he had screentime over Sawyer.

I'm so glad Michael's back! He's a complex guy, it should get pretty interesting. I can't wait to find out exactly what happened with him after he left.

I assumed that the story with Jin was a flashBACK, when he worked for Sun's father's company and was just newly married to her. And the thing with Sun was obviously a flashFORWARD, she's clearly number 5 of the Oceanic 6 and Jin either died on the island or was number 6 and died when he got back.

But this is TOTALLY throwing me off!...

This leads me to think that he stayed on the island, most likely sacrificing himself for Aaron (if he counts) or someone else. And Sun has to pretend he's dead as part of the deal to keep it all hush hush.

?? I'm so LOST. As usual.

I hope we see Team Locke next week.

Seriously. But I'm so over the whole camp split. Team this, team that. Whatever. When will TPTB learn that this show works better as an ensemble? Sigh.
