True but I don’t think it would be a fast process Cathy, I feel like it could take months to a few years for her to be fired, by that point, pretty sure she would quit

Then they still get her gone...and yeah, it can take awhile. But if she isn't doing a good job or actually teaching the kids, what other choice do they have?

So true Cathy, especially when it’s seriously stressing her out to the point where she won’t even parent her own kids or spend time with them because she’s too wrapped up in planning her lessons, like that’s not doing her, her family, her kids, her husband or my mom any good and it’s not doing her students any good either

But there are never any consequences to her actions so why would she ever change?

That’s true too, well she did have one consequence, her principal not giving in to her when sister said she wouldn’t teach the class she was assigned next month

And when she doesn't have stuff for her new class, is part of that hoping she can switch back to what she wants?

Mom said she wasn’t helping my sister 5 days a week starting in February- she’s taking Monday and Friday off so Sister has other grandparents watching them Monday and Friday, her friend said that Mom shouldn’t even help three days a week, she can have Hope in preschool and Hire a nanny to watch Benjamin in the home

Oh I agree that Mom shouldn’t be helping her anymore starting in February, like pretty sure sister won’t be able to treat the nanny the way she treats my Mom
