 love this poster. i miss aragorn so i watched rotk last night. I bought this dvd terminal jack and my god! it was amazing, it enhanced the picture like 10 times better. I feel like I'm watching on a plasma tv.  __________________

Oh I am now in heaven. A Viggo forum and Aragorn thread. *dies* My favorite character of all times is Aragorn. *nods* Books and movie.
Anyway, it's always great to meet other Aragorn lovers! My favorite bit of Aragorn goodness is probably when he's on Brego (is that really Brego..I mean..Brego took off at the Paths of the Dead...when did he get to Gondor? lol) and he gives his speach. I also die at that scene. Oh those picture of you Phee are absolutly awesome!  aratocriel, welcome.Loved it when he shouted, "Brego!" wow! so sexy... oh, i remembered when we watched the premiere of ROTK here, when Aragorn said: "I do not fear death!" everyone just had to clap... I love it when we watch LOTR films with other enthusiasts becuz you'll feel the movie better. __________________

Ooo..I love that line, "I do not fear death". I also love that he went to get the ghosts after being pushed by Elrond to do the right thing. Elrond is so much like a father to him, it was almost like a father guiding a son to do what he was born to be. Though, Arwen did tell him to go to him.
I can't wait to see the extended version and see more of the Path of the Dead! |

I can't wait for the extended eddition either! I really want the Houses of Healing. I was kinda upset when they didn't have them in there. *book fan*
I think that the one thing that bothered me about the movies was that they didn't give Aragorn his sword until Return of the King, when it should have been given to him before they left Rivendell in Fellowship. *sigh* __________________

but giving the sword before the paths of the dead is actually better, i think, dramatically. So, it was some kinda highlight for the title - ROTK.
Well, we have to wait months for the EE. Can't wait to watch the special features. Oh, well, the ROTK is the only hindrance me watching an EE marathon! __________________
