Always loved he was the one who got her to go back to college and got her on the right track, and even later again got her on to realize she should write a book. I think Jess was Amy’s favorite, she just couldn’t end it with Rory choosing a guy to keep everyone left to pick their own.

Right, except I don't want him to be her Luke, like I want Rory to move to his town not have him be a Luke and follow her around doing what she says. L/L maybe weren't couple goals IMO.

Yeah that was kind sad like they said they cycle but it’s just sad everything her mom did for her to just end up back in Stars Hollow as a single mom, but then again I can make an argument that maybe it was Lorelai’s parenting and the town that lead Rory to make the mistakes with out knowing consequences.

But her mom did so much for her so that she could do more than live in Stars Hollow. She could have ran the Stars Hollow paper with a high school diploma it was a waste of the whole journey to just have her back at home doing nothing with her degree
