Johannes Mehserle is German and Kevin Durand looks way more German/like Johannes Mehserle physically than Chad does. I'd be surprised if Chad plays that role.

I feel like info will come pouring out soon regarding filming locations for Fruitvale, On Location Vacations is a great site to find shooting locations.

Since Chad's name is listed first in the IMDB cast members page, I guess it's safe to assume he does indeed have an important role...

Cristal - Yeah he was the one who shot Alex I recognize many of the cast members actually - I know Tristan Wilds from 90210, Octavia and Ahna from The Help... I'm really looking forward to the cast dynamics.
