It's a thing TPTB does a lot in series finales. Oh, I think it would be interesting if Jughead learned from the real CSJ that sometimes you have no choice but to kill your enemies.

I found the interview and seems he said he never really saw Jughead as kind of a good guy. He saw him as a very conflicted human character that happens to be in these extremely wild circumstances.

How are they going to make that work for Jughead now? Since he has black hair.
Unless Cole is going to change it back again when they start filming?

I guess when they start filming S4 he'll change it back. Oh, Jughead's storyline is really enjoyable and looking forward to the next episode.
