Idk what to believe with that because Joy wouldn't know what was going on there, they don't ask the actors for input. I think the chances are she wasn't asked, but for all we know they could have asked and that wasn't passed on to Hilarie. It happens.

Joy was on set so she would definitely know something about the whole situation and Mark hasn't really come out and said that Hilarie is lying since she has started saying that.

The cast don't have a say in casting, it wouldn't have been discussed with her at all so she wouldn't know who was asked and who wasn't, tbh. I do think she likely wasn't invited, but Joy backing her up doesn't say anything.

Joy would definitely have had some idea, so her backing it says sometimes imo.

I don't think it does, the cast get told who is coming, they don't have any input, she wouldn't have been asked at all, just told that Chad was coming.

I would normally say, but Mark was pretty close with the rest of remaning core actors so I wouldn't be surprised if he kept them in that situation.

Doesn't really matter how close they are, it's not their job to have a say, they wouldn't be asked, they'd be told.

I don't think Joy had a say in who was coming back, but I am sure she knew some of the stuff that was happening behind the scenes. Just my opinion though.

She would be told after the fact, she wouldn't get told who was and wasn't asked. She can have an opinion on that, but that's all it is, her opinion.
