When I was a little girl, I so desperately wanted to be Anne Shirley from #anneofgreengables . I loved the storyteller in her. And I took it to heart when she was told that she should write about what she knows, what she loves, her home.
I’ve been writing my whole life, but it took this love story I have with my home to fulfill my Anne Shirley goals.
But the biggest thank you of all goes to my forever Valentine, @jeffreydeanmorgan !
This farm has seen us through so many ups and downs. Births and losses. Even just this week, we mourned our sweet Snowball together. Being your teammate makes all the unexpected turns manageable. You have given me a life worth writing about, and I love you. Plain and simple. I love you.
