No one knows that Clark = Supes. Kara/Clark could just explain their relationship as bio-cousins who were adopted by two different families. They can tell everyone they found each other on one of those genealogy websites where you send in your DNA .

Tyler Hoechlin is not a bad choice for Supes, but I was under the impression that Kal would be in his mid-late 30s by now, based on the fact that he was already known as Superman when he "found" Kara and gave her to the Danvers.

Clark's meant to be 36. He was 24 when Kara landed. And in Manhunter there was a Midvale - 12 years earlier flashback.

I'm still a little skeptical about this casting. To me, Henry Cavill and Tom Welling are Superman. But I'm open to see how he does.
