In the promo, it looks like James slaps the anti magic cuff on
Emma. So who's pushing him in the River? Hook or Charming?

Well, we still don't know if he's going in the river just yet.

No, we don't. But not sure he can "move on" after tasering Charming, pulling a gun on Robin and cuffing Emma. Not in one or two episodes anyway. The redemption angle seems to be saved for mass murderers. I'd rather he have a change of heart and Ruth be there to meet Emma. But the writers don't seem to think it's important for Emma to meet the woman who died so she could be born. They'd rather redeem Zelena instead.

ok sorry. Henry Sr. and Liam's crew passed over as well though. I think the redemption thing in the UW is to understand why they were there in order to move on. Except for Milah people who went under didn't seem to aknowledge why they hadn't move on and kept on thinking they were in the right (Gaston and that spy guy). So maybe in the end James will see his revenge plan is not justified and move on, who knows

ETAAlthough to be fair, I guess she's not a mass murderer, unlike Regina, Hook, Liam, Cora, Cruella, etc.

We actually don't know enough of Zelena's past to be sure she is not a mass murderer. We have no idea what she did in Oz, apart from the fact she was hated there (by Zelena's own words). She must have done *something* to warrant that hatred.

We do know she tricked Neal and was, at least, somehow responsible for his death (though she didn't actually *kill* him, and she *did* try to kill Regina (when Rumple was disguised as Regina). We also know she did murder Marina.

Anything else, is just expeculation at this point.

ETA: I just remembered she attempted to kill Henry too...

I believe Cruella killed a couple of stepfathers, too.
