I doubt Emilie knows what happens past the first 2 episodes. If she does interact with anyone else, I doubt she'd be able to give that away.

Emilie probably only knows what happens in like the first 2 episodes. If she does interact with anyone else, I doubt she'd be able to give that away.

I'd love to see Belle become friends with Red.

The girl-crushing part of me needs this to happen.

And I think Emilie's interview was a mixture of speculation and hints for season 2. She didn't really give anything away, but she hinted at the possible direction her character could next season.

I think the moment it clicks for everyone else that their story is Beauty and the Beast, people will start to accept her. Besides, she's too nice to have people not like her, regardless of who she's in a relationship with.

She's going to be completely confused and disorientated to begin with, which is only natural since she was completely isolated and imprisoned for years, but since one of the two people she does know also happens to be her true love I don't think it will take too long for her to start rebuilding her life.

And Rumple loves her, so he's going to look after her. Which I would imagine is going to include helping her to find friends, etc.

By the way, if she doesn't know any of the people in SB apart from her father and Rumple, does that mean that she didn't know them in FTL either?

Yeah I think they are going to struggle a bit.

I think Belle might have connections to other characters that we don't know about yet.

Yup, Belle will have a adjustment period. But our Belle is a strong woman & I don't think it will take long for her to find her bearings. Also, I'm so hoping for a friendship between her, Red & Snow.

Well besides interacting with Gaston and Maurice, we really only got to see her with Rumple in FTL. There's no way of knowing if she knew anyone else that's in SB right now. She chatted with Grumpy of course, but that was only for a minute, she doesn't really know him. Regina, well I don't think they'll be friends..

Belle is strong and she'll ultimately be ok because of that. I think she'll find her footing when she defends Gold from those who would wonder why she'd have anything to do with him. Belle trying to get others to see what she sees in him is real love - and I think that even if she's hesitant at first because she find it hard to trust now, that hesitancy will disappear when her true love is attacked.

I have a feeling she didn't know anyone in FTL, but that would make any friendships she forms in SB even more meaningful. I would guess Snow, Red, etc.. will be curious about Belle...she'll fit right in with them.
